What is the hydration station?

The Hydration Station is a mobile water trailer with two stainless steel troughs and eight drinking taps that supplies free drinking water to local community festivals, concerts and sporting events. It’s a great way to keep your attendees healthy and hydrated!

Hire charges

The standard hire fee is $550 for one day (GST inclusive) and includes:

• a pre-event site visit to assess the most suitable location
• delivery, set up and connection to water main supply
• disconnection from water supply and removal after the event.

* For multi day events, an additional fee will be payable subject to your specific requirements.Please note the Hydration Station is not available for dance parties.

How do I book the Hydration Station?

Upon receipt of your request, our Sponsorship Officer will assess your application and contact you to confirm, arrange payment and a site inspection.

* Please note that we need a minimum of 30 working days notice for all requests.
