MyAccount Trial Completed
We’ve developed a better way for our customers to manage their Yarra Valley Water account - MyAccount.
We've successfully completed the MyAccount trial and are pleased to announce that MyAccount is now live.
Thank you to everyone who participated in the trial. Your involvement and feedback has been invaluable in creating an easy to use, more convenient and more secure self-service customer portal.
MyAccount has now replaced Yarra Valley Online Water, so YVOW is no longer available unless you are a Bulk or List customer. If you haven't already, you can easily sign up to MyAccount below.
