Copy of bill or statement
There are two easy ways to get a copy.
Go online
You can go online anytime and use MyAccount. To use MyAccount you need to register for an account if you have not already done so.
Access your account history when you need it
- Online you can view and download any past bills.
- You can get a statement in either PDF or CSV format which includes itemised usage and system charges and payment history.
- You can select a date range, or download your full history back to 1 July 2010, or from the date you opened your account.
- You can even download your history from closed accounts.
