Win $50 off your water bill – Yarra Valley Water Customer Survey Prize Draw
The following information highlights the terms and conditions applicable to entrants of the prize draw to win $50 off your water bill.
- Entry was open to Yarra Valley Water customers who have received a unique URL link to participate in the survey.
- Entrants had to be customers of Yarra Valley Water with an active account at the time of completing this survey.
- Only one entry per unique URL link was accepted.
- Notwithstanding points 1, 2 and 3; an entry is considered eligible for the prize draw following completion of this customer survey. Furthermore, an entrant will be considered eligible only if providing their correct full name, address, and email address on completion of the survey. Failure to provide this information will prohibit identification and validation of condition (2) and therefore render the entrant ineligible for the prize draw.
- The survey was open from 12:00 pm 24 January 2025, to 5:00 pm 10 February 2025
- The four winning entrants were drawn randomly at 11:00 am on 12 February 2025 by Yarra Valley Water.
- The four winning entrants were notified by email by 5:00 pm on 13 February 2025.
- The four winning entrants were published on yvw.com.au by 9:00 am on 17 February 2025. The Winners were identified by Surname (only).
- Yarra Valley Water reserves the right to extend the survey up to 28 February 2025 should the quotas for the survey not be met.
- The winning entrants will receive a credit of $50 against their immediate next water bill.
- In the event a winning entrant has closed their Yarra Valley Water account following completion of this survey, the credit may be transferred to another water account within Yarra Valley Water’s service area; or provided by way of a pre-paid EFTPOS card.
