Our purpose is to support the health and wellbeing of our customers, and create a brighter future for communities and the natural environment. Our Climate Resilience Plan will help us achieve our purpose in the face of climate change.

Climate change puts pressure on how we’ll deliver high quality water and sanitation services into the future.

Our ambitious new 5 year Climate Resilience Plan sets out how we’ll tackle climate change and how we’ll adapt to a hotter, drier climate. It includes a roadmap for how we’ll reach our goal to use 100% renewable energy and be net zero in 2025. This is world leading for a water utility.

We know that working in partnership with others in the water sector and other industries will be critical to put this plan into action.
