Customer survey to understand future water demand

We’re running a customer survey to gather information on how water efficient appliances are used at home.

Data from the Residential Appliance Stock & Usage Pattern survey will help predict future water demand and guide our network planning.

We’ll survey 1000 randomly selected Yarra Valley Water customers during November. It takes around 15-20 minutes to complete, and all information gathered during the study is confidential.

This project is delivered in collaboration with South East Water and Greater Western Water, supported by Melbourne Water, with 3000 people expected to take part. 

Please note that if you’re randomly selected to take part, you will be emailed via an independent recruitment consultant, Engine.

At Yarra Valley Water, we have a strong commitment to ensuring that your personal information is protected and used appropriately. All answers customers provide are treated in the strictest of confidence and de-identified before they are provided back to Yarra Valley Water.
