Mount Ridley Road Sewer Project

We’ve finished constructing our new sewer pipeline along Mt Ridley Road, Mickleham to service one of Australia’s fastest growing communities in Melbourne’s northern suburbs. This new infrastructure transfers high volumes of sewage over large distances.

We had planned to start construction work on our new drinking water and recycled water pipelines along Mt Ridley Road when work on the sewer was completed but this water supply project has been delayed. It is expected to start in mid-2025.

We'll be contacting impacted residents directly with more information when the project has been approved and the construction contract awarded.

Due to the pipes’ size, depth and how they interact with the greater network, many properties along the pipe path are unable to connect into them directly.
