Yuroke Pump Station project

We’re building a new sewer pump station and rising sewer main to support the ongoing growth of the Greenvale Community.

What's involved in the works?

  • A new, underground sewer pump station is being built 85 Hillview Road, Greenvale.
  • A 250-metre-long section of new sewer main will also be constructed to connect the new pump station to the existing sewerage network.

Why do we need to do this?

This improvement to the network is required to ensure the increasing population in Greenvale continues to have access to a reliable sewerage service and overcome a shortfall in the existing sewerage network.

When will works start?

Construction works started in January 2024 and we expect it will take about twelve months to complete, subject to ground conditions and weather. Jaydo Construction is delivering this work for us.
